This is a beautiful resort and the rooms are amazing. We had a huge tun and a nice shower. Great fireplace and balcony.

The house is private and offers lovely open views. It is a very old but well-preserved adobe house with well-functioning double windows, a hot and strong shower, a washer, a dryer, and other facilities. Artwork is everywhere, and the owner provides very useful information on Taos attractions and inspiring reading about the property's history. We enjoyed cooking and spending evenings in the Birdhouse after skiing in the nearby Taos Ski Valley. Everything was there: utensils, dishes, bakeware and cookware, spices, recipe books... We used heaters during cold nights - all worked well. Beds are comfy and everything was sparkling clean. TV and table games were an additional bonus.

Each air-conditioned room offers a seating area, a flat-screen TV and an private bathroom at Taos Valley Lodge. A small refrigerator and coffee-making facilities are also included.

Staff here was super friendly and welcoming. The lobby was being renovated during my visit but it didn’t affect my stay by any means.. I booked a standard but upgraded to newly renovated Deluxe rooms, and I DID NOT regret it! Fresh, clean, modern design. Comfortable. Extra points for the air purifier and the USB outlets next to the bed. I tried the Espresso Bar on site too, and it’s definitely my new favorite coffee shop in town! The Churro Latte was delicious! Will be back

This is simply the best hotel in Taos in every way. Maybe the Blake at the ski valley is on par, but walking distance to the plaza this is the one.
