No complaints! Tip: bring your own firewood for the firepit. Tip 2: self admitted techno-idiot here so we were somewhat struggling with streaming TV. If like to photograph wildlife, we saw 2 bucks and 6 doe's every morning and evening. Domesticated deer. Great photography.

The room was perfect for what we needed, just a place to stay overnight before the drive home after a wedding at Lacey Farms. The cleanliness of the room was far better than expected for a low cost hotel. It was surprisingly updated, the carpet looked new. Nice furnishings all in good repair. We would definitely stay again if we had an event in the Brenham area.

We have stayed at this motel at least 1-2x’s each year for several years. We had an emergency when we were due to travel on this trip. The hotel was very kind and worked with us so that we did not lose the full cost of our reservation. That type of compassion will not be forgotten and we will be returning for future trips to the area.

I don't know if there was breakfast it wasn't mentioned. The front desk staff/family was very friendly. The hotel was surrounded with grass. This was wonderful in that I had my dog with me as well.
