Despite how busy the lobby was the girl doing the check in was awesome. So patient and pleasant to deal with. Went out of her way to book people at nearby places as this hotel was sold out. Morning staff member equally as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever been offered during our overnight stays while traveling. Choices of hot meal prepared for you…outstanding service.

We were on our way to California, stayed one night on our way. This inn is Almost brand new, has spacious room and comfortable beds, very kind and helpful staffs .

Clean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

The hotel offers access to all varieties of outdoor activities. Enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, whitewater and paddle rafting and scenic bicycle paths along the Umpqua River.

Staff was very helpful! Jupiter was the name of the night manager and he was so professional and very knowledgeable!
