Very nice accommodation and super friendly staff. Also, the breakfast was tasty. The location is very convenient. I unfortunately only spent one night here. I didn't do the loop with them but if I ever do it again, I'd choose this operator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to visit in the local area, booking a tour of the Ha Giang Loop with an easy rider and renting a motorbike. Our room was very spacious, had a very comfy bed and a large private bathroom attached with a decent hot shower. A delicious breakfast is included every morning between 7:00-9:00. As far as location is concerned the homestay is just a little bit out of the way, so it is quieter, but is only a short journey into town if you want to explore. We would absolutely stay here again if we return and would recommend to anyone looking to explore Ha Giang! A special thanks to Hai and the rest of our hosts for being so hospitable and making our stay so special :)

I got a room on the fifth floor, which was very comfortable. Don't worry, there's an elevator. They have air conditioning that can heat (I emphasize - it can heat!! - it's February and at night it's around 8-10 degrees Celsius) and there are (openable) windows. There's a wardrobe for clothes, there's a shower with hot water, a clean toilet... I really had a perfect rest and it was quiet!!!

The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night but they let us leave our stuff there for four days for free while we went on the loop adventure and they took care of us until the very end. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Really amazing experience with them. We didn’t go with them for the loop tour but we only heard good things from other guests

Very sympatic, friendly and helpful family. Good location, 20 minutes walk to town or faster by motorbike, which is always available from the host. Comfy bed, nice rooms, clean, heather available. Possibility to eat at Yolo house. Good food. Realy good tour options for the loop, wether 3 or 4 days, with easyrider (small groups) or on your own. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about LiLa Inn, especially the staff. When we arrived we had the intention of driving the loop ourselves. Being from the USA, we unfortunately did not have the proper license to do. The front desk went over every possibility for us and took 2 hours of their time to figure everything out. They will hold your hand through the process, and that is worth the stay alone. We’re actually staying with them again when we head back to Ha Giang once we’re done with the loop.

The city is a typical Vietnamese city: everything you need in a crammed space. The big draw of HaGiang is the starting point for the Ha Giang Loop, by motorcycle, bike or backpack. Absolutely outstanding natural beauty.

The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.

Ha Giang is quite simply beautiful outside of the city. The surrounding areas to the city are stunning and really worth any difficulty in getting there. The people are friendly and welcoming. Go if you can!

This is my first time coming to Ha Giang, booking a cheap room with such quality. We traveled from Sapa to Ha Giang quite late but the host still helped us check in at 10pm. Room is clean and fully equipped.
