Staff was helpful. Although they did not speak any much English, they understood what was needed. Initially I was allotted a room which was noisy and when asked to change my room - they immediately obliged and shifted me to a lesser noisy room

The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated. Reception were super helpful in sorting out a couple of issues we had. The pool looked nice and is accessible 24/7 at your own risk because it's not supervised.

Everything was very clean and ready from the time we arrived. Our lovely housekeeping staff made sure everything was taken care of also. My partner is from VN, so that also makes it much easier when travelling to new locations.
