Like stepping back into a more genteel world. The room was exquisite with fresh flowers and antiques - I’ve never had sheets of such quality in my life before. The food was absolutely top notch fine dining, four courses including fresh asparagus in a delicate sauce and fillet done to your specifications. Breakfast also 5 stars. Service all incredible. Treat yourselves!

Owners went out of their way to assist us. Provided food when restaurants were closed. Transported us to the the foot of the Swartberg (we were cycling). The house was extremely well equiped. Free wood. In short the owners went out of their way to provide us with every possible convenience. Thank you again Juan and Lieschen, you make me proud to be a South African. Will be back!
