Lovely house, excellent location for the people that love quietness and peaceful surrounding. Enjoyed the hot tub outside and fire place inside :-) We ate one night in the restaurant (pre order) and had a braai pakket the night after. The braai basket was delicious, meat, salads, bread sandwich and potatoes. We stayed two night but re command 3 or more nights.

Alpha is situated in a very beautiful area and is surrounded by orange sandstone mountains. We stayed at the Vineyard cottage which was clean, comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is quite secluded and it felt that we were the only ones on the farm. One of our highlights was a walk to a waterfall and we were led by one of the farm dogs. He looked after us throughout the walk and we didn't need to look at signs. We had a few swims in the farm dam which was a real pleasure. We left very refreshed. We can highly recommend Alpha.

Caravan was fairly basic which I expected but it had everything I needed. The view of the night sky was exceptional. They also have an onsite cafe where you can get food and is open up to 16:00 and their own winery which aren't mentioned in the facilities.

Hosts very welcoming and enthusiastic. So helpful with information. Lovely accommodation with rustic barbecue . Beautiful wild walks, birds, rock dassies and a klipspringer. We've learnt about the rooibos tea production and really like drinking it too . Absolutely loved Kleinfontein.
