Very clean and nice apartment, with free parking in a good location. Getting to the old town is very easy and there is a big supermarket close-by too. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The amenities were very good and thoughtful.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, mall and grocery store is located on the ground floor as well as nice restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. The host, Stefana, is very helpful. We will absolutely coming back to this place next time we are in Budva.

The apartement was very nice and big. Everything you could think of needing during your stay was there. The view from the apartement was absolutely amazing. The terrace was very big, with the lounge furniture we could enjoy our evenings perfectly. The pictures of the apartement match the real apartement, the apartement was even better than the pictures! We were pleasantly suprised! The manager was always very quick with answering all of our questions. There was very good contact. Opatija suprised us: a lot to do, beautiful city and sight seeings. From the apartement it is a 5 minute walk to the coast. The promenade was amazing to walk on. Supermarkets are also near by. We would recommend this apartement to every one: big groups, family's with kids, or even smaller family's. Every bedroom has it's own privacy and space.

Apartman je cist i uredan sa dosta svjetlosti i predivnim pogledom. Sve je dostupno i moze se obici laganom setnjom. Domacin je veoma gostoljubiv i prijatan. Sve pohvale, vrijedi svaki euro. Uzivali smo.

The apartment is newly built and the furniture is also new. The kitchen and the appliances are also new and good brands. It is a non smoking apartment thus the air conditioners function perfectly. The entrance door and the elevator are electronic so no classic key is to be carried over. Everything is clean and fresh. I was there with my family and it is ok. In my view exception is the generalization that the appartment can be used by four or five people. For extra charge of 7 euro per night parking was secured for my vehicle in the basement.

Super comfortabele appartment op de 4e etage. Met airconditioning en van alle gemakken voorzien om bijvoorbeeld ook zelf te koken. Heerlijk bed. De eigenaresse was super behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk! Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Rijeka als stel. 20/25 minuten lopen van het station.

Mosaic Penthouse Condo with Sea View heeft een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Risan met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. We hebben het fantastisch gehad in dit zeer goed verzorgde appartement! Vojin is erg gastvrij, flexibel en meedenkend. Hij heeft ons direct gecompenseerd toen bleek dat onze vlucht een dag later ging én ter plekke nog een keer toen bleek dat het zwembad niet open was, terwijl dat wel in de informatie stond (ondanks dat wij zeiden dat het niet nodig was, we hadden het zo fijn in het appartement!). We hebben enorm genoten van het balkon, zowel ontbijt als diner hebben we daar meerdere malen gegeten. We troffen het dan ook erg met het weer, hierdoor konden we echt genieten van het fenomenale uitzicht. Het strand is vlakbij, we hebben daar verschillende keren een duik genomen. Het appartement biedt veel ruimte, zowel boven als beneden kan je lekker zitten en ben je nog wel met elkaar in contact. Dit appartement is echt een aanrader en met Vojin als gastheer ben je verzekerd van de beste zorg!
