This tastefully furnished house, with wooden walls and floor, has wonderful character. It has a spacious living area with a fine balcony looking out over rice terraces and mountains. The place is naturally ventilated (air conditioning is not needed), and you can enjoy the peace of the sounds of nature away from the traffic. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and each has an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower. The well equipped open-plan kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses and pans as well as a large fridge-freezer, a good cooker, a kettle and other electrical appliances. Ample drinking water is supplied. Pak Nyoman and Ibu Adik, the exceptionally kind, gentle and helpful couple who manage the property, will guide you there - it is a little off the main road and as of April 2025 the house does not appear on Google Maps - as well as order (and deliver) food for you from a local warung … and even do the washing-up. We took our small dog, who was also made very welcome.

An absolute treasure! The whole complex is new, stylish and very clean. Our apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped. The private pool with views of the greenery was a dream! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always helped with a smile and really made us feel cared for. I have several food allergies and they went out of their way to adjust my breakfast requests without any problem – the breakfast was rich, varied and very tasty. The villa is like a small oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle – quiet, private and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to explore Ubud and the surrounding area. Honestly, this was one of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed in and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a mix of luxury, nature and warm Balinese hospitality 🤍

I was extremly surprised to find a place of peace and very good energy! All buildings where in good state and where a pleasure for the eyes. There was a lot of beauty in the garden. The villas where excellently build in the traditon of Bali - what i personaly where looking for! The materials where carfully choosen and used. The sight was overwhelming: looking down to the river and opposite to terrasses of emerald green rice fields. You just heard the sounds of the jungle - no cars sounds what so ever where heard. Putu the owner is a wonderfull person, friendly and caring. He became a friend to us. Providing us with what ever was needed and asked. Gusti, a master masseur, had healing hands. In my time i had 3 very good treatments which had indeed positive and healing efect on me. So to both of you Putu and Gusti and all the other helping hands there, our truly thank from the bottom of our hearts! We wish you a very good karma with many thankfull guest/clients. I do hope the guests or clients will find this island of paradise!

Absolutely beautiful in every aspect! Made and Putu met us at the entrance on arrival and carried our bags for us. They gave us the choice of 2 available rooms - one was so beautiful and overlooking the large pond and garden (very tempting) and the other slightly higher and with a view over the pool and a vista over the rice fields. We had to choose that one. The views were just idyllic. ROOM: Really large and just gorgeous! Traditional building but light and bright with loads of windows. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Only cons were lack of power points and mosquitos in the night. We use our own electric plug in and there is a mosquito net but they still got in through the walls, doors and windows cracks. BATHROOM: Spotlessly clean! the cleanest we've found in Indonesia in more than 2 months. Con: the shower floor is very uncomfortable to stand on as it's pointy rocks and there is algae growing on it, understandably due to being outdoors and the style of flooring. POOL & GROUNDS: It is all just SO lovely, so well cared for, so well maintained, so well designed and thought through. We didn't use the pool but loved sitting on our covered veranda looking over it to the vista beyond and watching the ducks and geese busy in the rice fields in front of the pool. Views to the mountains in the distance. BREAKFAST & DINNER: Breakfast was excellent! The usual eggs/toast/fruit but well done and tasty. We also had dinner delivered from their restaurant which is a short drive away in the main road. Both meals were excellent.
