The staff really make this place extra special- everyone from Marica at Reception, to the ladies in housekeeping, the staff working in the restaurant and the lovely gentleman tending to the gardens. Breakfast is abundant with lots of variety and the rooms are very comfortable and cooled efficiently by interesting building technique. The food at the restaurant is very good - I ate 3 dinners and 1 lunch there and tried many different things (including their wines and fantastic olive oil). Lastly the pool area with amazing views from the Adriatic to the little hamlet of Monteprandone with vineyards and olive trees in so relaxing, it’s hard to drag yourself away from the Agriturismo to do any sightseeing.

This was a rare opportunity to experience the opulent lifestyles of the past. The apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable for our family with 3 small children. We especially loved the surrounding area of nature, vineyards, little village on top of the hill where we found a nice pizza place, and it is only 10 min to the beaches. The owner will provide you with lots of great suggestions what to see, where to eat, the events.. while you stay there.

The location is about 15 minutes off the main motorway to Bologna up in the hills with lovely views to all sides and located in the middle of vineyards. It is fairly new and the accommodation and facilities are of a very high standard. The beds and rooms are very large and the menu was extensive with an ample selection of local food and wines. The breakfast was a buffet and the staff really could not do enough for us. A great location to go exploring the hill villages and then come back to the peace and quiet of the resort.
