Amazing stay in a beautiful location. The room is lovely, the bed super comfy and the sunset on the deck amazing. What absolutely makes this the perfect stay is the hosts Ruben and Anna, they welcome you with open arms, they take the time to show you the islands, Ruben explains the history and their culture and Anna will show you her craft work. This has been the perfect end to our time in Peru. Thank you Ruben and Anna for making it so special.

Amazing hosts! Ruben and Ana were very kind, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, showing us their community and their customs. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed, heating and a great view of the lake. We loved the outdoor area as well where we could relax in the sun and enjoy the tranquillity of the lake. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend Casa de Ana to anyone who wants an authentic and unique experience in Uros.

After almost two months of traveling in Peru, this may be our favorite place to have stayed. We booked the room with a view over the lake, and it was beautiful to wake up to. We enjoyed all of our meals and were taken great care of. The bed is super comfortable as well!

Staying with Omar’s family was just an unforgettable experience. They are extremely kind, warm, welcoming , hospitable, we felt at home since the first moments, they arranged us all activities and help us through some small logistic issues. Gloria his wife is super super kind and genuine, she cooked us an incredible delicious dishes and offered us 2 manual gifts to remember at the end of our stay. I would really recommand you to stay at Omar’s little island it has everything you need + stunning view on the lac with more humanity kindness and far from tourists gangs. A really good stay! My sister and i both had a huge double bed each and rhe blankets were SO COMFY. Manuel picked us up at the port for 30 soles. The food was aslo super tasty (we took trucha a la plancha and we were just amazed) Highly highly recommend a stay here!!
