I hope to add photos to the review at a later date. The farm stands in acres of land with mountains all around and amazing views of the snowcapped Hochkalter and Watzman mountains. There are fabulous walks in the area. We did a walk through the Marchenpfad forests with lovely wood carvings all the way through and the most amazing views all around. This is alpine scenery at its best. This was a great base, away from it all, for Berchestgaden and Konigsee Lake. This is a very beautiful area. I imagine it can get very busy in Summer. Our hosts were very welcoming, our room was warm, cosy and ultra clean with a mini kitchen with fridge. They also sell a range of beautiful, local produce of all sorts which are displayed very nicely in the reception area. There is an honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks and you just write them on a slip of paper. The owners also put a lot of effort into their floral decorations and outside ambience with lounging chairs and blankets. With lambs playing right outside. We had a fabulous stay, thank you!

Der Anderlbauer am See ligt in Schliersee in de regio Beieren, op 39 km van Burcht van Kufstein en biedt gratis WiFi, een speeltuin, een terras en gratis privéparkeren. We choose this place because it looked quiet and comfortable and we were not disappointed. We wanted to be within easy reach of the ski area at Spitzingsee and this was perfect as it's only 10 minutes up the road to the skiing. Our room has gorgeous views over the lake and at night we could see the lights of Schliersee town strung out along the lake edge. It was very beautiful. Our room (Primerl) had a small seating nook where I sat in the mornings looking out over the lake. Beautifully appointed room, simple but cosy, and incredibly comfortable beds. The area is incredibly quiet. There is a train line running alongside in the distance but the sound is very muted (and we sleep with the windows open) and I quite enjoyed the sight of the little train creeping along the lake by the forest and the call of its horn. Overall very idyllic.

I loved the location! Beautiful property with view of the mountains and lake. I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.

Bij Alpenchalet Zum-Jeremia in Grainau - een pension op een hogere locatie met direct, zonnig uitzicht op de bergen - bieden wij verschillende maten en ingerichte appartementen, kamers en suite - met... I loved my stay at the property. The host Magdalene was so warm and welcoming, she really made my stay. I loved the garden and views of the mountains. my room and shared living-area had a cosy bavarian feel. breakfast was nice with bread, jam, meats, cheese, yogurt and teas available. Its a 15 minute walk to Grainau village and the walk is really pretty.
