It was our favourite stay in our entire trip!

Nigel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, a fantastic host from start to finish. He even picked us up and kindly offered to keep our bags before the room was ready, which saved us the hassle and cost of luggage storage. That thoughtful gesture really set the tone for a great experience. If you’re planning a trip to York, you should definitely check this place out. It made our visit extra special!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as great as the first. Very clean and all the finishing touches are so thoughtful. They let us know everything we needed to know in a message and left us dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Everything you forget is already there. It’s perfect for a big family and the dining table is so huge it’s great for board games which they supply. The beds are comfortable and it’s super helpful they have two bathrooms. It’s very much built for a big family reunion. We hope to do Christmas here every year.
