Our one-night stay at this charming Irish cottage was an absolute dream from start to finish. The location itself was breathtaking, surrounded by the kind of verdant, rolling hills and picturesque scenery that you only imagine when thinking of Ireland. It was truly beautiful and offered a serene escape from the everyday. What made our experience truly exceptional, however, were the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, thinking of absolutely everything we might need. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. They had thought of every little detail, right down to having breakfast cereal and fresh milk ready for us – a thoughtful touch that was so appreciated after our journey. Their hospitality was truly remarkable, and it's clear they put immense effort into making their guests feel at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer in this idyllic spot!

Really interesting history and fun decor. Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful grounds. Best breakfast we had in a three week trip in Ireland. Wonderful host. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location, perfect for using as a base to explore Ireland, it's on a quiet road but only 5 minutes drive from the town with lots of shops and supermarkets ETC, the house is gated and there is plenty of room to park our car securely, the grass was cut which was great for the Children to play in, there also was a small table provided in the porch where we could sit and watch them . Inside the house was perfectly clean with everything you could need, We very much appreciated the tea coffee biscuits ETC that was left for us to use, the beds are very comfortable and also there was a travel cot , loads of space inside as there is two big living rooms, for us it was very very good and we have booked again already

Tranquil countryside farmhouse stay ligger ca. 24 km fra Kilkenny Castle. Her er gårdhave, kaffemaskine og bjergudsigt. We had an awesome one-night stay at the farmhouse and really wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was great, and the hosts were super friendly. Lorna even gave us a tour of the farm, which we weren’t expecting but ended up being one of the best parts of our trip! My daughter loved seeing all the animals, especially the cows. We also got to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Big thanks to the hosts for their amazing hospitality!
