Mr. Joseph is an exceptionally kind and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen, washing machine, TV with internet, refrigerator, supermarket at 1 min walk and dedicated car parking made the stay incredibly convenient. I was especially grateful that he kindly allowed me to charge my EV Car overnight at no extra cost. I can’t thank Mr. Joseph enough for his hospitality. A wonderful stay and a highly recommended host!

Simroseate features a children's playground and a picnic area. Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

I liked everything in this property and felt like living in my own house even cleaner and comfortable than my own house. My friends were also surprisingly happy to see the cleaning and amenities. This is a two story duplex style house with two bedrooms, one living/family room, three full baths and a very spacious kitchen well equipped with almost everything needed. There’s a large community pool for swimming fun. It’s very close about 200 mtrs to the Benaulim Beach in south Goa and about 6kms to Madgaon Railway Station. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at this property. My friends and I would definitely like to stay here again.
