Udara Guest - Yala Safari ligt in Yala en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Udara was really friendly and helpful. The service he provided was amazing. He helped with the safari booking and made sure everything was arranged perfectly, so the tickets were booked in advance, and we didn't have to wait in line. The house was clean and comfortable and had a washing machine we could use.

Blue Wild - Yala - Plastic Free & Sustainable bevindt zich in Tissamaharama met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, roomservice, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en... Kregen voor de eerste nacht een upgrade, was echt geweldig! Kamers waren schoon, personeel was vriendelijk en hielpen je goed!

The owner was super nice, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is clean, the room is very big with an amazing outdoor/indoor shower. The service for the food was also super nice, always on time and the choice of food was very variegated. We also did the safari with them, which is 10/10 recommended. The price is the average but we were alone in the jeep, with a private guide and a driver. They made sure we were seeing every animal, explain to us everything while we were going around. Super recommended!

Kele Yala is een boetiekhotel in de droge zone van Kataragama. Het biedt barbecuefaciliteiten en een eigen restaurant. The staff were amazing and met all of our needs. They were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The food was outstanding and gave us a choice each day on what we would like. It was very refreshing to not have wifi and be able to unwind and take in the amazing scenior and be able to listen to the nature. The room was so spacious and decorated beautifully. Jerome organised our private safari which was great as we had nothing to do only turn up at the time organised. We couldnt have asked for any more. 5 star

Easy organisation of Yala Safari with Rumesh who is very knowledgeable and gave us a great experience.

Richards Cabanas in Tissamaharama biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de tuin, gratis fietsen, een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant. We had the best 2 night stay here - it’s as good as the reviews! We had such a warm welcome from Siri who set the business up many years ago which is now run by his son, Amila (not sure if my spelling is correct) and team, he is the perfect host and good fun too! Everything is spotlessly clean and our room had all we needed. Comfy bed, decent shower, air con worked well. We loved having sundowners in the comfy seats outside our room overlooking the water. Put plenty of deet on in the evening though, there are lots of insects/mosquitos. The food is superb, the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. We loved the Sri Lankan curry so much we had it both nights. They have beers if you want them but are also happy if you bring your own wine (we bought some in the supermarket in Tissa). Breakfast was a feast, following another review we had the Sri Lankan breakfast which was great. We walked up to the street to look at other bars/restaurants but ate all our meals at Richards - it’s so fresh, cooked to order and high quality why go elsewhere! Amila arranged our safari for us and it was the best day. Dilip was our driver and guide and he was superb at making sure he beat all the other drivers to get us the best views. We saw far more animals than most other people there that day, including the prized leopard. He really understood the jungle and the animals which meant we had a great day with him. We had breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks provided - there was plenty! The pool area is great, the right mix of sun and shade. This place is a gem, you won’t regret staying there! Thanks to Siri, Amila and Dilip for a wonderful time.
