Great location - close to the village & beaches - be aware it is a steep street down to town- but you do get used to it quickly! Good exercise!!

The villa was great for our group, with beautiful outdoor spaces and rooms in separate apartments. The villa host was so helpful, organising transfers as well as dinners and made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was also very nice.

What wonderful place We stayed a week with two families (total of 8) in this lovely house, felt right at home and were sad to leave. This house was beyond what we expected! It’s no ordinary air bnb! The furnishing and fittings were all high quality. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are well equipped, there was really nothing that we missed. One of our highlights was the heated pool. Since we stayed in May the weather wasn’t super hot and traveling with young children this heated pool was a real game changer that made it possible for the kids to spend hours in the pool playing without freezing. What a joy! Thank you! It really felt like home right away because the settings of all areas in the house are well thought out, the sofa, garden furniture and the beds of high quality and very comfortable. The view speaks for itself! What a wonderful place! I hope we’ll come back in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Ni Villas Akyarlar - Bodrum bevindt zich op 6 minuten lopen van Akyarlar Beach en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een balkon en gratis WiFi. Amazing experience! Köksal is a great host. Weather was not good so he even wanted to give an additional free day to compensate this :)
