Coffee /tea station fully equipped was available with fresh milk in fridge. Our hosts was fantastic and welcomed us. The cottage was beautiful and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to our business. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here. We hope to stay there again!

Liked all, as fantastic, well equipped, efficiently organised, spacious, airy, light, comfy, practical, many personal touches beautiful, private home stay experience. The big bedroom with fan, big bed, comfy cotton bedding, blankets, chair, side tables & lamps, big screen tv with free netflix movies, free wifi was enjoyed. Useful Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, gas plate, backup battery & light to charge devices, various cutlery, knife, scissors, tin/bottle opener, big sink, cleaning/dry materials, complementary chocolate bar & cappuccinos, tea, coffee, pot, pan, plates, bowls, glasses, big mugs. The Bathroom is big, a couple size power shower big head & high water pressure, hot water, suplled soap, hooks & towels, floor mat, basin with plenty shelf storage, toilet & paper, full length miror. The big verandah with table, chairs to relax, enjoy the beautiful, private garden & fresh air, a braai facility. Friendly, lovable small dogs an unexpected bonus. independent, secure remote control gate access with a garage to park the car undercover. Convenient and quiet location close to all local shops, restaurants, attractions in Howick. Suggest an air conitioner as Howick is very hot & humid. We immensely enjoyed the lovely Hosts and highly recommend their amazing independent, private holiday home for a pleasant, refreshing stay.

It was my second time back here and I absolutely love The Croft and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to the Midlands. Lizzi is a fantastic host! The beds are comfy the fire place is a dream, the gardens are a little slice of heaven. It’s really my favourite place to stay when I get the chance to travel that way. It’s also conveniently located to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, but still feels like a complete immersion into nature

Excellent information leading up to the stay. Wonderful welcome gifts like freshly baked bread, farm churned butter and delicious fresh farm milk. Just fulfilled the experience for our family. Ouhout Cottage was spacious, rustic yet tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were polite and assisted in any manner or form. The Farm Stall was a delight and were privileged to watch them milk the cows up front. Well worth it, book early to avoid disappointment. Professionally run establishment which only lends to a better experience.
