I was celebrating my fiancé’s birthday, and choosing this hotel was truly the perfect decision. The place is incredibly luxurious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The room was spotless with a stunning view, and the atmosphere made our celebration feel even more special. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and very welcoming they really added to the experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

I did not know too much about the property before arriving but I was pleasantly surprised in almost every way - from the spacious gleaming lobby in bright red, to the accommodating staff on check in. I paid to upgrade to a bigger room and got a giant beautiful corner room with fantastic vistas on two sides. Not only was it spacious and well laid out but offered every comfort. Paying for club access meant on arrival in the evening I was able to get some decent food in the club rather than go and look for food. Breakfast also presented excellent choices and rather than having people queuing up and bumping into each other as you usually find at hotels it was surprisingly empty and relaxed. In terms of location it is just a few steps from the gold souk, so highly convenient and central in town. Since we had a few hours to wait after check out for the airport transfer, staff graciously granted us some extra time in the room and club free of charge.

Our stay was absolutely delightful, the reception team were friendly and accommodating, I would like to thank Amr for the warm welcoming.The room we had was spacious enough, impeccably clean, and the bed along with the pillows were very comfortable. Additionally, the view was quite lovely. Pool area was fantastic, clean facilities. I recommend Radisson, this hotel and the Radisson Hotels group, were and will always be my number 1 choice when I search accommodations.
