EVREYTHING!! The location, the hotel itself, the breakfast but the manager and the staff put this hotel OVER the top!! Absolutely amazing. Naji (the manager) communicated with me the minute I booked the hotel and helped me with my itinerary, assisted me in obtaining a guide in Kinshasa, and repeatedly made sure I was satisfied with my visit. Lionel, one of the front desk workers went above and beyond. He drove me around, spoke perfect English, made sure I was safe, gave me a history of the city, and gave awesome recommendations for places to eat. I would come back to Brazzaville solely because of this hotel.
