A very nice overnight stay in Luang Prabang. The staff was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and warm. We hope to do this again

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Place has a great location close many restaurants and easy to walk to the night markets. STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL! Very pleased with staff they really were helpful and kind 🙏 Pros: great location, good pool, room clean and comfortable, I was solo traveller so lots of room. Cons: not many hah ha, TV lacked good connections to my devices. But that is minor I would stay here again 😀

The rave reviews are justified! Nana is a traveler and climber and she knows what international travellers want. Plus they make great food. Plus it’s walking distance from the Elephant cave. One of my favourite guesthouses in Laos.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—great for both our late-night arrival and early morning departure—but it is also in a charming walkable neighborhood just two blocks from the Mekong River and a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown. Our room was clean, comfortable, and classy. Even our standard room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, premium linens, quality bathroom fixtures, stylish crown moulding, and a large natural wooden desk that provided a warm touch of Laos. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional—even when we had to check in late and leave early. This was the perfect spot to start and end our stay in Vientiane with a bit of convenient exploration in between.

Setting stunning, traditional architecture, wonderful host and staff, great pool, activities on offer, lovely breakfasts, sunset drinks!

We were very pleased with our stay. The public areas of the hotel looked great. The rooms were spacious and everything worked well, the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased and found it to be great value for money.

We absolutely loved this place. Is very stylish, extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. The place is designed in a truly elegant manner whilst keeping the Lao tradition at heart. It is located few minutes away walking from city centre, in a super quiet neighborhood. There are very comfortable bicycles to be used which allow you to hop to town in less than 5min. Breakfast is delicious, fine tuned to your taste. The staff is extremely kind and professional, and made us feel very welcome. This is a place I will never forget, and would definitely recommend to anyone for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Luang Prabang.

Fantastic boutique hotel with top level treatment from the whole staff. Benjamin and his teams are fully committed to deliver the best experiencd to their guests. Location is very convenient as it is a bit away from the busy crowd and still accessible with a 10mn walk from the very center ; guests benefit of a VIP van service on demand from and to the hotel ! A la carte breakfast is simply one of the best we fondly remember during all of our South East Asia trips !

I LOVED this place so much! I spent 6 nights at Fides recently and can't rave about it enough. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious and clean (I am claustrophobic so this was a huge deal for me). I don't think I have ever been on a cleaner property in all of my travels. I expect to see a few bugs here and there in the tropics but nothing at Fides. The staff was incredibly friendly and the owner was present on the property and helpful. I travel a lot for my job and this place was a major standout.
