A wonderful hotel with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Bottles of water and fruit replenished each day. Breakfast is fabulous up on the terrace with freshly made egg dishes to order. The spa is great - would highly recommend getting a massage. Hammam looked very inviting too (sadly we ran out of time to use it) The relaxation area was calm, quiet and the post massage fruit/tea was great. Dinner was very good, again up on the terrace, with lots of local dishes to enjoy. Local wine list and other options too. Easy access into the medina area and also to get taxis to go exploring the wider local area.

It was my first trip to Tunis, and I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. It was also my first traditional hammam and it truly exceeded my expectations!! The indoor pool and spa / relaxation area are also really nice. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and decorated with great taste. Breakfast was excellent and the staff provided great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely return!

This is one of the most beautifully located hotels in Tunis (Sidi) and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I had a fabulous view and a gorgeous walk down to the souk.

The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. Wow! This was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. In fact, it's not even a room, it's little house with two rooms, all huge, and huge luxurious bathroom. Everything is brand new, not just in your "villa" but everywhere. We also used spa services and those were great too. The whole property is very isolated, you feel very calm and safe. The staff tries their best to accommodate your needs. The price might look high comparing to other hotels, but it totally worth it.

The most beautiful places in Tozeur, with the best spots to watch the sunset and sunrise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.
