Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

Location is great, right near Blue Mosque and other old town sites. Breakfast was excellent and staff really made a big effort with everything to make stay enjoyable.

Everything; perfect location, great views, all clean and comfortable. The family who runs this business is super friendly and nice. 1 thing made my day every single day when waking up; the most amazing breakfast they serve. It is truelly one of the best perhaps the best breakfast in whole of turkey

The location couldn't be better, steps from all the Old Town attractions, and with excellent access to public transport, not to mention the nice view from the rooftop terrace. The service was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a walkout on the day we left, causing some disturbance to the public transport (and congestion). The staff quickly suggested several options and arranged a very reasonable priced taxi for us. This was a huge help and we truly appreciated the efforts.

Breakfast was really comprehensive; you could not want for more. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. It was a home away from home. Our room was quiet with a balcony and a magical view. I would highly highly recommend !

The hosts were extremely friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. During check-in, they asked about our plans and provided us with maps and books, ensuring that we could enjoy everything we wanted to in Ephesus. The rooms were spotless and super tidy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a splendid spread of Turkish homemade food. Overall everything was top-notch hospitality that we’ve never experienced anywhere else. Not only were they kind-hearted and good-willed, but made sure that our stay at Ephesus was memorable. Highly Recommend.

This is a place where you are immediately made to feel that you're visiting old friends. The quality and finishes throughout the property are of impeccable taste and quality. The breakfast is excellent. We greatly enjoyed the conversations we had in passing with the owners and manager. They suggested things to see and do in the region that we would have otherwise missed.

Really charming hotel in Cappadocia with an amazing terrace! The cave suite was massive yet still cozy and full of character, with modern touches that made it very comfortable. Having a private hot tub in the room was a great bonus and a perfect way to relax after sightseeing. The location in Uçhisar was perfect – close enough to Goreme for easy access, but quieter and more peaceful. From the hotel you get breathtaking views of the fairy chimneys from high up, and it’s just a short walk to Uçhisar Castle and restaurants/ bars. One highlight for us was watching the sunrise from the terrace with the hot air balloons dotting the sky - absolutely epic! The staff were very kind and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. Overall, it was a unique and memorable place to stay, with a great balance of charm and comfort. We’d definitely recommend Karlik Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Cosy, comfortable and quality facility with a spectacular sea and mountain view. Staff is very extremely helpful, service is fast and rooms are very clean. Food is delicious and many varieties at the breakfast. The owner of the place, the receptionists and all staff do the most to ensure a pleasant holiday for the guests. Pool water and the beach is clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with contacting the drivers for transportation since we don't know Turkish. Also they gave us various recommendations for restaurants with good food and affordable prices. Rooms are clean, location is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our family and friends and will definitely come back next time.
