Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

The hotel is a boutique style hotel, small and cozy, equipped with the most fantastic view and the kindest staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the sheets are changed daily. Also, there is a free mini bar. The breakfast is diverse and tasty. Everybody is speaking English and all personnel is there to help. We will return for sure, thank you HaciBayram!

I had the best stay in Turkey at Hotel Aysima! The hearty breakfast prepared by the hostess was delicious, and the host's attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Their daughter was incredibly nice and welcoming. My mum, who is a doctor and very picky about cleanliness, was impressed by the spotless condition of the place. The hotel also offers a good view and a quiet atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Staff kindness and being so informative. Kamil and Harun are amazing. The location is great. I left Istanbul and returning last 3 days, so I booked again in White House Hotel.

I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. The hospitality is unmatched and the host was exceptional. You get a really authentic local experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was easy to organize activities. Lastly the views were beautiful.

My stay at "In Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery" was a delightful experience. The host of the B&B was extremely friendly and hardworking, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is very convenient and central, right next to the castle and mosque. It was easy to explore the historical sites of Ephesus and other attractions in the area. The proximity to these landmarks added a unique charm to my stay, as I could enjoy the beautiful views and immerse myself in the local culture. The hotel itself was charming and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance. The art gallery within the hotel when finished will add an artistic touch, showcasing local talent and adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing home-made breakfast. The variety of freshly prepared dishes using local ingredients was a treat for the taste buds. The attention to detail in the presentation and flavors made each breakfast a memorable experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The amazing shower water pressure was worth mentioning, as it added to the overall comfort of my stay. Everything was perfect and nice

We absolutely loved this hotel. One of the best memories of our holiday in Turkey was arriving up a rather unprepossessing street quite late at night after a long day of travelling - and opening the gate to find ourselves in another world! In front of us was a beautiful little courtyard with flowers and views over the balcony and an immaculately clean pool with swallows swooping down over the water. We were met immediately by the friendliest staff and throughout our stay they offered help and advice - and a fan for the hot weather! Our room (10) was wonderful: quiet and air-conditioned with lots of space and light. Whenever we went out sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to - incredibly well-situated, with chocolate cake and coffee served for free in the afternoons! Having walked around Selcuk, we passed various other little hotels, but were always so very glad we'd chosen Akanthus. We'd recommend it wholeheartedly - and really wished we were staying more than two nights.

The location is beautiful and the hotel offers gorgeous villas with private pools which we did not find any other hotel offering similar rooms. We had the panoramic villa and it was gorgeous to wake up to the beautiful view every morning. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and fulfilled any needs we had or requests we made. We had a great stay. They were very helpful to book any taxis or give us any advise of tours or provide any support we needed. The breakfast was great too!
