The location, customer service, and hotel itself were absolutely outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating from me. I truly regret not having more time during my travels to extend my stay here. The view of the Odeon was simply breathtaking, and the warmth and kindness displayed by the staff touched my heart. Even with my early departure before breakfast hours, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a special takeaway sandwich just for me. Everything was great! We had a very late check in and they were super accommodating. The room we booked wasn't available so they gave us keys to check 3 rooms to see what we would like. They also happily gave us a very late check out with no extra cost. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
