Location is perfect. We had the gorgeous suite on the top floor and loved it. The sunset and moonset are exquisite from the terrace. Beds are very comfortable.

Great location of the hotel in the center of Montreux and opposite the train station. Friendly and polite staff, always willing to help. Service was professional and efficient at all times. We had also a room upgrade with a magnificent view to the lake. Room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Nice and elegant decoration all over the hotel.

Everything worked sufficiently as planned and expected. Though named a "hotel" it was more like guests hosted in a holiday home. The Swiss charm envelopes the property, very comfortable for what it is. Thank you to the property owners, much appreciate your efforts in keeping it up in its current form, considering its long history.

The 5-star Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa offers direct access to the ski slopes in winter and to the Villars Golf Club in summer. You can ski right to and from the front door.
