Very interesting property and fantastic host

We already knew the truly beautiful old town of Nissan-lez-Enserune from previous stays. It has a pretty old town center and a charming market on certain weekdays, exuding southern French charm. The description of the “Entre Mer Et Vignes” complex promises a lot, and I have to say that it exceeds expectations. The rooms are really spacious, very pretty, and furnished to a high standard, making you feel very comfortable. The furniture, bed, and decorations are extremely tasteful. We also had a small terrace at our disposal. There is also a very pretty common room, similar to a breakfast room with a large, beautiful long table, which is furnished like a hotel lobby. There is a communal refrigerator available there. There are dishes available for free use. A beautifully arranged terrace area serves as a breakfast area, weather permitting, which it was during our stay. Here, Natalie, the soul and always friendly, very nice hostess of the complex, provides guests with a breakfast that is mostly homemade: yogurts, jams, croissants, baguettes, all extremely fresh and very tasty. With a wide variety of options, you can really enjoy an outstanding breakfast here. The outdoor area is also exceptional. The large and well-maintained swimming pool was pleasantly heated. There are various garden areas available for relaxation and unwinding. Let yourself be surprised here. The path leading there is designed like a dune path, and on the way to the sunbathing area there is a small pavilion equipped with a great jacuzzi and a small sauna cabin, providing a luxurious wellness experience. We really enjoyed our 4 days with Natalie and have added it to our portfolio of favorite bed and breakfast accommodations. Natalie is a remarkably kind and caring hostess. However, you should speak a little French or Spanish to really experience her friendly nature. The information provided by Booking.com regarding cash payments only is not accurate. Brilliant Hotel with a huge attention for details which creates a cosy atmosphere. I am guessing the real origin of Hygge style is the Villa Ambrosia. Both Elodies are super nice and guest oriented 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐out of 5

Lovely staff , very helpful and a beautiful situation on the Canal de Robine. Very quiet room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Large terrace off the bedroom, ideal for sitting having an aperitif!!

The global style is out of the ordinary, super charming, and with a strong character in the south of France. The surroundings are so beautiful, you are always around wine grapes, I strongly recommend long walks, where you will find hidden gems to take breaks or enjoy the view. The spa is very cozy. The food was delicious at every meal, and the wine tasting is a must-do, as the sommeliers are very knowledgeable and inspiring. Each member of the staff has always a smile and is there to help you.
