Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Location is great, breakfast or coffee at the terrace is amazing, rooms are very nice and well maintained. Staff, especially at the reception, are 1st class.

This is the most beautiful property in a wonderful location in the heart of Opatija. Just an easy 3 minute walk down to the sea. The property looks exactly like the photos (I’m always worried that perhaps they’ve been photoshopped) This property is definitely 5 star apartment accommodation! Very clean. AmazIng air conditioning in every room. Beautifully appointed bed linen and towels etc. We loved sitting on the terrace of which there were many,in the afternoon enjoying a coffee and watching the town go by. Family owned and run by a very lovely local family. 100% recommend

My 10 points for all as it’s a really wonderful hotel! All was perfect, starting with hospitable check-in, accompanied with a glass of Prosecco, provided by charming Paola, continuing complimentary chocolates in the room and ending the general positive impressions from the Amadria and its services. We arrived really early (11 a.m.) but were given a nice corner room with a sea and patio view, equipped all necessary things (a cattle, free water, tea, coffee, robes for going to beach etc.)The hotel is the only one in Opatija with separate access to the sea. Swimming was very comfortable, deck chairs were convenient, we really enjoyed relaxing! The staff was very positive and helpful, thanks to Paola for early check-in and Anna-Marija for help in reserving a table at “Bevanda”. And special thanks for the souvenir after check-out! We will definitely come again!

Breakfast was excellent. Many different delicious foods. Dunja was excellent host. Location was excellent, my husband and I enjoyed so much. Located right by the Adriatic Sea. From the Villa nice path through the little park leading to the Sea trail. On this trail you can see old aristocratic beautiful villas. Greenery is absolutely beautiful with so many different shades of green and gardens are well kept. Room is very nice has balcony were I enjoy sunshine every morning. Bed very comfortable.

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera.

The review is for the luxury room with balcony, since the hotel gave us an upgrade room! The cleanliness is at the highest! The staff is welcoming and polite! The breakfast is great, made of fresh ingredients, very tasty! Although the hotel is on the Main Street it was not noisy. The spa is also nice, with affordable surcharge. Parking is secure, also a small surcharge.

Hotel Astoria in Opatija was built in 1904 in the elegant Austro-Hungarian style, and after renovation in 2024, combining modern design and traditional spirit, it is offering beautifully equipped air...
