Staff, cleanliness, gorgeous building, beautiful bathroom products. I have never stayed at a Fletcher hotel before but was super impressed. The staff is top notch. Very friendly and professional. It felt like they are happy to work there. We were upgraded to the bridal suite. What a huge surprise and immense space and luxury. Gorgeous experience. Would highly recommend and will now actively look for Fletcher hotels to stay at in the future.

Booked the room for me and my parents as I had a work conference nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the location is very walkable to all kinds of markets, shopping, restaurants, etc. Finally, the views outside the windows were each more stunning than the last.
