The luxurious 4.5 star Homestead Stable and 4 star Pioneer Slab Hut rooms have private use of the bath terrace. All other rooms are 3.5 stars and have access to the shared swimming pool, BBQ and laundry facilities. The slab hut was a treat! It was well appointed inside, decorated in a rustic style, which suited the destination. The outdoor baths were great!

The cafes, restaurants and shops of Hastings Street are on the doorstep. Location was 10/10. Right on Hastings Street with beach access and also 2 pools. Will definitely be back.

The Brisbane cruise ship terminal is a 20 minute drive from the motel, please allow for this travel time. Helen remembered my husband and I from our previous stay 2 years before. Great conversations and very welcoming. The Kingsley has been renovated, new restaurant , bar and coffee machine. We had dinner there , we were impressed with our meal. All rooms at Jephson Hotel & Apartments feature a Super King-size bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV with cable channels and free in-house movies, and spacious balconies. I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. All apartments come with full kitchen facilities and many also have sea views. It was in a great location and was very clean- the girls were Freud sky and super helpful and have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable

Great to visit once again after 2016.

Perfect setting for my toddler to explore with plenty of interesting things for us to check out. Loved it!
