Their readiness to respond to our needs with efficiency and kindness created an environment of hospitality that is rare to encounter. The quality of the breakfast was equally impressive. The variety of products available was extensive, all presented in an aesthetically refined space complemented by thoughtfully curated music. The presence of an on-site chef preparing omelettes and grilled bacon added a personalised touch that elevated the experience. Moreover, the array of fresh smoothies and the availability of freshly squeezed orange juice reflected the hotel’s dedication to offering high-quality, health-conscious options. Another notable feature was the 24/7 availability of beverages in the lobby. Guests could enjoy excellent coffee and tea at any hour, as well as both still and sparkling water—an amenity that greatly enhanced the sense of comfort and care throughout our stay. The hotel distinguished itself further through its impeccable cleanliness and the exceptional attentiveness with which the staff approached every interaction. I should emphasise a particularly meaningful instance: during our business trip, I fell ill and remained in the room for several hours. After my colleague notified the reception, a member of the staff came to check on my wellbeing. Such thoughtful and humane conduct is something I have not encountered in any other hotel and underscores the establishment’s deep respect for its guests. Overall, this hotel ranks among the finest in which I have ever stayed.
