The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very modern with great facilities. The staff was very accommodating and with bookings at the start and end of trip allowed us to leave bike bags in storage. It's a bit of a walk to town, but really not very far. Bilbao is a great city to explore on foot.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful with both us and our dog. They managed to get us the last available table at their restaurant, which turned out to be amazing—the food was delicious, and the chef is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. A truly warm and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport. Guests at Hotel Palacio Urgoiti have free access to the indoor heated pool and to the fitness centre. Free WiFi is provided and free parking is available on site. A beautiful building with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and the receptionist responded immediately to resolve our problem.
