Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Loved everything! Staff are absolutely wonderful, this is one of the best places I have stayed. Ofcourse the view from the balcony in the room is amazing, with space to sit and relax. The public onsen and private rooftop onsen are wonderful watching the sunset with a view to Fuji. Don’t miss out on breakfast! Pick up from the train station and shuttle to town also worked really smoothly, just ask the helpful staff as we were able to arrive early to drop our bags off. The hotel lounge area is also very interesting and enjoyable, lots of art, books, relaxing and comfortable. Will always remember our stay here and recommend. Thankyou!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Everything. Best accommodation I have been in my travel's life so far.

Offering a Mount Fuji view from the garden, Lake Villa Kawaguchiko is a self-catering accommodation located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi access is available. Unbelievably beautiful place with a gorgeous view both on Fuji-sama and other surrounding mountains. The gardens on the premises are lovely and well-maintained. The host Hiro-san and his coworkers are helpful beyond expectations and always cheerful. He explained everything around the villa and gave great advice on what to see around, even helped to order dinner right to the house. The villa provided free transfer to the station after check out, which was very convenient regarding heavy rain that day. Such an outstanding place. Can't believe it's real. Even the cats are happy and friendly, and that's a great sign.
