Yufuin Onsen Hinoharu Ryokan biedt openbare binnen- en buitenbaden van warmwaterbronnen en accommodatie in Japanse stijl met een flatscreen-tv met satellietzenders en Yukata gewaden. The property is very close to the Yufuin main Street. The staffs are extremely friendly and nice. The most memorable experience of my stay was the breakfasts and kaiseki dinners, very dish were delish and meticulously prepared with the freshest ingredients.

The bedroom is spatious, comfortable, beautiful and cozy (warm)! Also, the open air bath is GREAT, perfect temperatures and a view for the mountain Yufu. The location is also very good, 10min walk from the station, there are markets and cafes/restaurants close by. And finally, the staff is very very friendly

Open from February 2015, Hakata Green Hotel No.1 offers clean and comfortable accommodation just a 2-minute walk from JR Hakata Station. Fukuoka Airport is only a 5-minute subway ride away. The self-service check-in and check-out machines are amazing compared to anything I've seen. Climate control in the room worked very well. Shower/bath size and room size are expected at this pricepoint in Japan; still very clean and all amenities provided. Location is 2 mins walk to Hakata Station, which made it perfect for my plans as homebase with a JR Pass. Front desk staff were still extremely helpful (even bringing out a translation device to help answer my questions). One-stop laundry machine that does detergent, washes, and dries in ~2hrs.

Friendly and super helpful staff, location location location. There is a certain upscale feel about this hotel despite being next to a train station. Nice little touches like the complementary supper and drinks, tourist tips cards by the manager, and stamp corner. Tip : Around the corner building is the “ramen street “ where you can find Shin Shin ramen…go at 3pm and there’s hardly a queue.
