The staff welcomed us with such warmth and positivity that we immediately felt at home. The room itself was not only stunning but also remarkably quiet, thanks to excellent sound insulation — despite being right in the center of town, on the corner of two bustling streets, we barely heard a sound from outside. A charming café-restaurant is located on the first floor, where breakfast is served, adding to the hotel’s thoughtful amenities. One small yet incredibly appreciated detail was the inclusion of a mini refrigerator in the room — something surprisingly rare in Puebla hotels — perfect for guests wanting to keep drinks or snacks cool during their stay. It’s clear that the owner is a true lover of classical music and has invested great care into creating a space that’s both memorable and meaningful. He has understood what it means to make guests feel special, and for that, I’m truly grateful. From now on, this will be my first choice whenever I visit Puebla.
