The spacious rooms at Casa del Rio Melaka come with modern décor and hardwood flooring. All rooms are well equipped with an iPod docking station and TV with cable channels. Location, Cleaniness and Staff were very friendly. Rooms were huge and I love the concept of the rooms. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was not included in this booking but the is a local stall just 15 meter away that you can have your meals. We like the family seating area where we can watch TV and chat with each other. The property was just by the Malacca river. We will be planning another family trip to this property again for a longer stay.

I particularly enjoyed the so very extra large bed that comes with cottony feel perfect linen, and the aroma of the essential oil - it made for a truly relaxing stay. Everything here is so exceptionally great. I definitely made a wise decision coming here. If you're looking for a charming and stylish hotel in the heart of Melaka's historical center, I can't recommend 1825 Gallery Hotel highly enough!
