Set within the Burkes Pass gateway to Mackenzie Country, Burkes Pass Country Motels is centrally located for skiing at Mt Dobson and Roundhill and day trips to Mt Cook. Lovely big apartment/house newly renovated. Had everything one needs as well as a dishwasher. Lovely couple managing the property. Close enough to Lake Tekepo without being in the busy tourist filled village. Burke's Pass is also full of history and is very quaint.

Peppers Bluewater Resort is a 4.5-star hotel close to the shores of Lake Tekapo. Beautiful view of the mountain from the room. Staff were friendly, gave clear instruction on how to get to the room. Lots of parking on site and the location was great!
