An undercover car park was allocated to us. The Manager was super friendly and helpful.

One Burgess Hill offers a choice of 15 self-contained units overlooking the stunning Waiwhakaiho River and native landscape. It provides modern rooms, some of which feature a wood burning fire and private outdoor spa. In between a house move, we needed a nights accommodation. This was the ultimate choice. It was peaceful and quiet, well decorated, comfortable with great beds and a good shower! The best choice we could make. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel, great decor, nice and spacious rooms with amenities like kettle, fridge and microwave. Short walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants in the same complex. Staff were really friendly.

The hosts couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating, from providing help with food, suggestions for what to see, laundry, etc. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown New Plymouth with restaurants, museums and the coastal walkway and an easy drive to Mt. Taranaki and hiking trails. All in all, a wonderful way to start our visit to New Zealand.
