The room was lovely and spacious and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. The Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom were wonderful. We sadly didn’t have chance to use the restaurant but the bar was very cute and the complimentary cookie on arrival at the hotel was unexpected but a lovely touch.

Only one comment - Food staff at breakfast room can be kinder, and if a guest points out that there is no more omelette, and we are the only guests in the dining room - you prepare more omelet, and not bark at the guest to eat a boiled egg.
