The staff are wonderful and definitely see to it that you are well taken care of. The pools and facilities are clean and beautiful. A truly magical hotel experience. The restaurant and room service food was delicious.

Loved the pools, the comfy beds, big room, bathroom and huge porch, the chic open air bar and restaurant, the gardens, the ambiance, the breakfast and dinner, the delightful concierge welcome of Philippe, the owner and designer, and his staff. Outstanding service. This gem of a hotel is worth a visit to Koh Samui. Skip the beaches and just hang out at Baan Sawan!

Amazing property and staff. Had the best time enjoying the pool and the beach. Staff were so helpful and attentive. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I asked for an extra bed for my friend and they came and set one up very fast.
