The hotel is 1 mile away from the luxury shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile. United Center and Lincoln Park Zoo are both 2 miles away. How accommodating the staff were. The front desk were able to let us check in early. After a 14hour flight we struggled to sightsee until check-in time. Our Breakfast server, Ariane, was delightfully cheerful, asking after everyone, humming away. Such a treasure. The location was within minutes of Union Station, Sears Tower, L train,, Starbucks, 24hour minimart (circle k) and walgreens.

The hotel was lovely and had a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again anytime.
