The hotel location is excellent, directly facing Burj AL Arab (the most famous sail-shaped hotel at Dubai). From the balcony, we can see the sunset with Burj AL Arab. The staff are very friendly. It was a surprise to see the birthday gift (a cake, a bottle of read wine, and fruits) prepared by the hotel, when walking into the room after check-in, which is very touching. The hotel is a part of hotel groups in the area including Burj AL Arab, with many excellent restaurants.

Location: just by Marina, access in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping.
Breakfast: outstanding. I haven't had such varied, fresh and inclusive breakfast in a long time. In addition to the buffet, it us also possible to order ala carte items included in the price of the stay with açãi bowls, special omletes, toasts etc.
Facilities: gym is superb. All equipment you need. Quiet, cool. There were super nice shared Apple computers, entertainment room for kids, swimming pool, luggage storage.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and the reception staff were able to give us an early check in which was great. Every morning we were greeted by Sara on the beach who gave us our towels with a friendly face. Alisher was so helpful taking our bags to and from our room upon check-in/check out. Our room was cleaned every day and drinking water was available on demand with water machines around the building. The sun loungers at the beach are super comfortable ! We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beach stay in Dubai !
