I Salman Hussain , recently stayed at the Landmark Hotel in Dubai with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the Baniyas area, with easy access to the metro station, Gold Souk, and all major city amenities nearby. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city.
The staff at reception, especially Mushtaq and his colleague, provided friendly and welcoming service, making us feel right at home. Room cleaner Imran Khan did an excellent job with cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring that our rooms were spotless throughout our stay.
This hotel offers excellent facilities and services that cater well to families. We felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the exceptional service, our stay was truly memorable.
During our stay, we encountered a small issue with our connected rooms. However, this minor hiccup was quickly resolved, a speccial thanks to the prompt and efficient action taken by Emma Gathru the Hotel Manager. Their willingness to address our concern immediately and relocate us to more comfortable accommodations demonstrated a high level of dedication to guest satisfaction. It's moments like these that truly set Pullman Hotel apart.
Additionally, I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist Mr. Moutaz who assisted us over the phone to confirm our booking before our travel date. Their helpful and courteous demeanor made the reservation process seamless and reassuring. Our arrival coincided with my daughter's birthday, and the hotel went beyond to surprise us with a small cake and lovely card, It was such a heartwarming gesture that made her day even more special.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of a clean and well-maintained property, a dedicated and proactive management team, and the helpfulness of the reception staff make it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
