The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, the food was great and the staff wonderful (especially miss Fikreta). We will definitely return. Parking is 6 EUR a day, which is not a lot considering the prices in the center/other hotels. But you don't have to drive, there is a bus station 5 minutes walk away and you can take the bus to the center, in 20ish minutes. The tickets can be bought in the bus, 7 EUR a person for 24h. And if you are in Graz for a good shopping, Seiersberg Shopping Center is only 10min away by car.

The Augarten Art Hotel is truly a remarkable find in Graz! The hotel is a living gallery, with interesting artwork adorning every corner and hallway. The staff deserves special mention: their warm and attentive service made every return to the hotel feel welcoming. My room was absolutely outstanding, very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout. A wonderful small hotel in the centre of Graz. The room had a view into the river. Short walk to the funicular and old town. Lovely attentive staff. Very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious. The pool area in the late afternoon was perfect!
