Beautiful Hotel that I can only describe as perfect. The staff is super kind, the rooms luxurious and a perfect mix between traditional and modern. The spa area is huge and offers everything you could wish for. We ate twice at the restaurant and had the best meals in a long time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! :)

Big rooms, great big comfortable bed, very pretty sitting area in the corner, very nice bathroom. Everything is super clean, daily cleaning very good, the view is nice and we liked the small details such as chocolates, magazine, flowers etc. Fitness room is well equipted, but in wellness area it would be better if there were at least 1 or 2 private saunas. But there are a lot of them so there is a lot of choice! Breakfast is very good, lots of choices, even vegan & vegetarian options (much appreciated). Parking is spaceous and great. Staff is very nice! We really liked everyone in Austria generally, everyone is so nice, and so is the staff in this hotel. Thank you and we will be back to stay more than 2 nights for sure! The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

Everything was really good. We got upgraded to the delux room and we found out that when we checked in. There was a lounge where we can relax with some refreshment. It was super nice. The breakfast was great.
