Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

A truly 5 stars hotel, with all the services that you need for a relaxing time. Comfortable, spacious rooms, well equiped. Great location next to all points of interest. Great friendly services and good advices about the city from people at the reception. I travell a lot and usually do not give a 10 out of 10, but this hotel deserves it.
