I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.

The design of the apartment is impeccable and all the amenities you can think of are available. The area is very quiet but close to many nice places. Nico was very responsive and quick to answer my questions.It was just perfect for me.

The area was excellent, with beautiful nature and a quiet street. The parking for a car was near (8 minutes on foot), and the metro station with the connection to everywhere was also 8 minutes on foot. The view of the lake was beautiful. Accommodation was clean and romantic, and the owner was helpful. I recommend it to everyone.
