The hotel was modern with lovely amenities. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was quiet in comparison to the city, which we preferred. Easy access to trams. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back.

excellent location, surrounded by lots of really good breakfast and dinner options. minutes walk to south Melbourne market. fantastic! spacious interior, sufficiently well maintained furnishings.
loads of parking areas available, just remember to get a car below 1.9m if u want to park there - else there are alot of public options
