The hotel was modern with lovely amenities. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was quiet in comparison to the city, which we preferred. Easy access to trams. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Very nice appartment at 10 min. walk to down town. Supermarket within 100 m so everything available.
Great beds and showers. The kitchen had everything you need. Also the washing- and drying machines were perfect.
If you want to stay in Melbourne for several days, this is a perfect location you must see!

I arrived at midnight which was fluent and easily coordinated by a self check-in. The owner was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was sound proof. There is a fridge and water boiler in the room and a microwave available in the common area which makes it convenient to make something yourself.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the view of the port on the SW side or of the city on the NE side, the Oakwood hour, the comfort of the apartment, the cleanliness throughout, the 25 minute walk to Port Melbourne Beach, and the 10 minute walk to the promenade along the Yarra River. However, what impressed us the most was the entire staff.. They were engaging, professional, welcoming, and very helpful. These are well trained individuals who understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We were satisfied. Bravo!
