We enjoyed the breakfast, the view of the port on the SW side or of the city on the NE side, the Oakwood hour, the comfort of the apartment, the cleanliness throughout, the 25 minute walk to Port Melbourne Beach, and the 10 minute walk to the promenade along the Yarra River. However, what impressed us the most was the entire staff.. They were engaging, professional, welcoming, and very helpful. These are well trained individuals who understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We were satisfied. Bravo!

Location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and city activities. The pool facilities were fabulous, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great views from the apartment and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
